Care worker

All aspects of personal care, such as bathing, showering, dressing & grooming. Assisting with medicines, ordering & collecting prescriptions. Support with eating & drinking. Safely using aids & personal equipment, such as walking frames, wheelchairs, electric hoists & other physical aids.

Social & physical activities or mental stimulation such as keeping in touch with family & friends. Taking customer shopping or to other social activities. Supporting a customer through temporary & terminal illness, including end of life care, hospital appointments, liaising with community health support & families
