We are looking for caring staff members to help support individuals with complex mental health conditions within their own homes.
Wellington Care is an established provider of supported living and support services within the community and is the sister company of Hull & East Yorkshire Mind.
We aim to positively change people’s lives with the best quality support possible. We are currently looking to recruit support workers in Hull.
We provide care and support to vulnerable individuals with complex mental health needs within the community – supporting them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We support individuals with daily routines, learning new skills and achieving their goals and aspirations. Our support is person-centered, and we are passionate about promoting independence for the individuals we support.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and compassionate people that are looking for a new challenge. We offer a competitive hourly rate of pay (starting at £10 an hour) and provide a comprehensive training package including mental health awareness, learning disability and safeguarding.
As we are a 24-hour service, shifts available include weekends, bank holidays, overnight sleeps and waking nights.
Our management team offer 24/7 support if required and are always available for any advice – we want all our team to feel supported in their role. There is also a possibility for career progression for the right candidate.

For this position you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide 2 satisfactory references.
