About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for our Supported Living and community services across Hull, ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and – most importantly – exceptional. You’ll inspire and develop your team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and make sure every person we support is treated with dignity, choice, and respect.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and the chance to truly shape the way we support people.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care and support team
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Deliver outstanding, person-centred outcomes for people we support
Oversee Support planning, risk management, and quality assurance
Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, and professionals
Drive continuous improvement and embed a positive service culture
About You
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in Supported Living or similar services
Sound knowledge of CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice
A confident, values-led leader who motivates and supports their team
Organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support
Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs is highly desirable
Passionate about empowering individuals to live full, meaningful lives
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent
